Jim Coler
President
Jim began his career as a founding partner in a startup copier dealer, which quickly transformed into one of the country’s largest independent copier dealers. After several years of leading the organization to double-digit growth, Jim left for another entrepreneurial venture and opened a telecommunications consulting agency. Again, he was able to help lead the company to national success. Throughout his many years as an entrepreneur and leader, he teamed up with David Trokel and James Coler to create Managed Business Solutions to revolutionize the copier and office technology industry.
James Coler
Vice President
After graduating from Franklin and Marshall College, James began his career in the office technology industry. He spent many years learning, adapting, and eventually becoming an expert in sales, operations, finance, and management. James discovered his passions for the evolving modern office and finance throughout his career, leading him to establish MBS with his partners, Jim Coler and David Trokel. He has watched the industry evolve throughout the past 15 years and has ensured that MBS has stayed ahead of the curve, offering cutting-edge technologies, IT solutions, and more.
David Trokel
VP of Sales
David has been in sales for over 30 years, starting in the office technology industry after graduating from the University of Hartford. After many years of excelling at sales and customer service, he created MBS with his partners Jim and James Coler. He consistently hits above his quota every month, helping grow MBS exponentially and leading him to receive several sales awards in the office technology industry. David is constantly going above and beyond for our clients, ensuring their businesses get the personalized attention and solutions they need to run efficiently and grow.
Ashley Harsch
Director of Administration
Ashley joined MBS in 2015 as an Executive Administrative Assistant, and since then, she has been promoted to Director of Administration. Ashley has been a vital member of the MBS team, excelling at customer service and ensuring that operations are always running smoothly. She prides herself on always treating every customer and their situation as a priority to ensure they get whatever help they need, answering all questions that need to be answered. She enjoys fostering relationships with customers so they know that they can always count on her for help.
Jackie Tong
Administrative Assistant
Jackie has been with MBS for over three years, connecting with our customers every day to give them the best service possible. She partners with our service department to fulfil supplies and service requests, dispatch our technicians to service calls, and coordinate with our logistics company to complete equipment orders and deliveries. Jackie also works to collect accounts receivable and resolve any billing issues with customers. Jackie has Coredial’s Technical Certification, allowing her to effectively assist customers with any VoIP phone issues that may arise.
Elizabeth Dalipi
Sales Support Administrator
Elizabeth is a highly experienced customer service professional with over ten years of experience. She has spent a significant portion of her career working as an administrator, honing her organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Before joining MBS, Elizabeth worked as an administrator at a large copier dealer, where she developed a deep understanding of customers' needs and concerns in various industries. Elizabeth provides excellent service and is known for her ability to quickly and effectively resolve any issues that may arise. Her strong background and skills make her well-equipped to excel in any customer-facing role.

Nicole's unique combination of psychological insight and extensive customer service expertise is vital to our team and enriches every customer interaction she manages. Bill Maceus
Director of IT and Software
Bill has over a decade of experience leading digital transformation through IT infrastructure modernization for clients. As Director of IT and Software Engineering, he oversees infrastructure design, cloud platforms, application development, security, and service operations. His focus is on delivering reliable, secure IT environments that support client growth, supported by certifications including ITIL® 4 Foundation, TOGAF® 9, PMP®, and CompTIA Security+.
Pat Angrisano
Director of Service
With over 35 years of experience as a technician in the office technology industry, Pat brings both technical expertise and exceptional customer service to MBS. He is Fully Factory Certified on Sharp, Toshiba, and Lexmark machines. Not only is he an expert on machines, but he is also certified on our elite phone system, Coredial. Pat will be there every step of the way from installation to maintenance, to any office technology issues that may arise.
Pino Figliuzzi
Operations Manager
Pino has over 25 years of experience as a technician in the office technology industry. As our Operations Manager, he is Fully Factory Certified on Sharp, Toshiba, and Lexmark machines. With a passion for customer service and years of industry expertise, Pino always goes above and beyond to ensure our customers get the service they need to keep their office technology running at peak performance.
Jordan Spaulding
IT Security Specialist
Jordan is an information technology professional with a strong background in IT support and a growing focus on cybersecurity. He holds CompTIA Security+, Network+, and Server+ certifications, demonstrating a solid foundation across security, networking, and infrastructure. He began his career at Geek Squad in the retail sector and later moved into help desk and field technician roles within the hospitality industry, gaining hands-on experience in enterprise environments and on-site support.
Connor Harsch
Level 2 Support Specialist
Connor has had an interest understanding various technologies for as long as he can remember. This would fuel and eventually lead to him receiving his Bachelors in Computer Science from NJCU. During his time with MBS as a Tier I Tech, he worked directly with helpdesk users to troubleshoot computer hardware, software, as well as operating systems. He has recently been moved up to a Tier II position, where he's additionally responsible for the operational integrity of managed networks for our IT clients. Not only is Connor certified in both the CompTIA A+ and Network+, he is actively working to earn the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and seeks to continue expanding his working knowledge of the technology he supports.

IT Support Specialist
Watson Pierre Charles is an IT professional with five years of experience providing frontline technical support in fast-paced environments, focused on delivering dependable, customer-centered service. He adds value through efficient troubleshooting, clear communication, and timely resolution of hardware, software, and account issues. He has earned the CompTIA A+ Core 1 and Core 2 certifications, demonstrating a strong foundation in IT fundamentals, while continuously developing his technical skills to help users remain productive and confident.
Alyssa Streifer
Director of Marketing
Alyssa has been a part of the MBS team for over 4 years. She came on board as the Marketing Coordinator, responsible for growing the brand internally and developing an innovative marketing division. Through her successes in boosting brand awareness, increasing overall sales, and creating a new marketing branch, she got promoted to Director of Marketing. With over 8 years of sales and marketing experience, Alyssa has worked in various industries gaining valuable experience and helping businesses grow exponentially.
Atanas Bogdansoki
Full-Stack Web Developer
Atanas holds a bachelor's degree in IT from Rutgers University, with a specialization in Web Development and Cyber Security. At MBS, he plays a pivotal role in developing client websites and email templates, while also providing essential client support. His responsibilities extend to addressing and resolving a variety of computer and website issues as they arise. Atanas is known for his adept problem-solving skills, and his creativity and passion for technology shine through in his work. His contributions are not only vital to our operations but also make him an indispensable member of our IT team.

Graduating from Montclair State University with a Business Degree, Vincent immediately started his career in sales.
