Administrative Assistant
Jackie has been with MBS for over three years, connecting with our customers every day to give them the best service possible. She partners with our service department to fulfil supplies and service requests, dispatch our technicians to service calls, and coordinate with our logistics company to complete equipment orders and deliveries. Jackie also works to collect accounts receivable and resolve any billing issues with customers. Jackie has Coredial’s Technical Certification, allowing her to effectively assist customers with any VoIP phone issues that may arise.

IT/Web Support Specialist
Atanas received his bachelor’s degree in IT from Rutgers University with a focus on Web Development and Cyber Security. At MBS, he is responsible for developing client websites and e-mail templates, along with providing client support and addressing any computer and website issues and updates that arise. Atanas enjoys exercising his problem-solving skills, and his creativity and passion for his field make him a valued and integral part of our IT team.
