With over 35 years of experience as a technician in the office technology industry, Pat brings both technical expertise and exceptional customer service to MBS. He is Fully Factory Certified on Sharp, Toshiba, and Lexmark machines. Not only is he an expert on machines, but he is also certified on our elite phone system, Coredial. Pat will be there every step of the way from installation to maintenance, to any office technology issues that may arise.

Bill brings over seven years of experience in information technology and technical support to Managed Business Solutions. As the head of our IT department, he ensures all our clients’ IT environments are effectively managed, reducing downtime and assuring that business data is backed up and secured. He provides valuable technical support, as well as data migration, security, Microsoft Azure administration, email migration, and more.
